摘要

在长距离输水管线工程中,管道腐蚀通常会极大影响管道的使用年限,污染管道内的水质.为提升管道使用寿命可通过在管道内外涂覆防腐涂层并配合阴极保护的方式对输水管道进行保护.本文结合实际工程案例对输水管道的防腐技术进行了介绍、分析和研究,并针对不同材质的金属管道给出了常用的管道防腐措施.实践证明管道防腐措施可起到延缓管道腐蚀的作用,具有较高的实用性和经济性.

Abstract

In long-distance water transmission pipeline engineering,pipeline corrosion usually greatly affects the service life of the pipeline and pollutes the water quality inside the pipeline.In order to improve the service life of the pipeline,anti-corrosion coatings can be installed inside and outside the pipeline and combined with cathodic protection to protect the water transmission pipeline.This paper introduces,analyzes,and studies the anti-corrosion technology of water pipelines based on practical engineering cases,and provides commonly used pipeline anti-corrosion measures for metal pipelines of different materials.Practice has proven that pipeline anti-corrosion measures can indeed slow down the damage caused by corrosion on pipelines,and have high practicality and economic rationality.
