摘要
本文指出科技成果评价是科技成果转移转化的重要环节;为建立完善的科技成果评价机制,从国家政策、地方制度和学术研究等层面都做了探索,但仍存在指标单一化、标准定量化、结果功利化等问题.针对此问题,本文在比较分析现有成果转化评价指标的基础上,通过聚类分析筛选并建立了适合企业的应用技术类科技成果转化绩效评价指标体系,并以四川省某科技成果转化项目为例进行了实证分析,为进一步提升企业的成果转化效率给出了优化路径.
Abstract
This paper points out the evaluation of sci-tech achievements is the important link of transformation of sci-tech achievements.To establish a perfect evaluation mechanism,explorations have been made from the national policy,local system and academic research,but there are still problems such as single indicators,quantitative standards and utilitarian results.In response to this issue,on the basis of comparative analysis of existing evaluation indicators,this paper used cluster analysis to building a transform performance evaluation index system which is suitable for enterprises.Then,taking a project in Sichuan Province as an example,providing an optimization path for further improving the efficiency of enterprise's achievement transformation.
