山西省科技创新现状和对策研究
Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Sci-tech Innovation in Shanxi Province

摘要
本文分析了山西省 2012-2021 年10年间的科技创新情况,通过与全国平均水平的对比,找出了山西省在科技创新综合能力、R&D经费投入、R&D人员投入、科技论文和发明专利授权量方面的不足,并从加大科技经费投入力度、引进和培养人才、改善科技创新环境和完善产学研合作机制等方面提出了对策建议.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the sci-tech innovation situation in Shanxi Province from 2012 to 2021.By comparing it with the national average level,it identifies the shortcomings of Shanxi Province in terms of comprehensive sci-tech innovation capacity,R&D funding investment,R&D personnel investment,sci-tech paper and invention patent authorization.Suggestions have been put forward in terms of increasing investment in sci-tech,introducing and cultivating talents,improving the environment for sci-tech innovation,and perfecting the mechanism of industry university research cooperation.
