摘要
科技成果转化是制造业转型发展的重要推动力,而面对河北省制造业大而不强,科技成果转化工作仍存在短板的情况,就需要针对河北制造业科技成果转化进行研究.本文通过分析制造业科技成果转化的制约因素,梳理河北省科技成果转化相关政策文件,探索河北省制造业科技成果转化的对策建议,对促进重大研发成果和科研能力在河北省落地转化具有重要意义.
Abstract
The transformation of sci-tech achievements is an important driving force for the transformation and development of the manufacturing industry.The manufacturing industry in Hebei Province is large but not strong,and there are still shortcomings in the transformation of sci-tech achievements.By analyzes the constraints on the transformation of sci-tech achievements in the manufacturing industry,sorts out relevant policy documents for the transformation of sci-tech achievements in Hebei Province,and explores the countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation of sci-tech achievements in the manufacturing industry in Hebei Province.It is of great significance for promoting the implementation and transformation of major research and development achievements and research capabilities in Hebei Province.
