This paper points out that colleges and universities with industry characteristics,as the important force of higher education in our country.The noticeable industry characteristics and discipline advantages play an important role in serving the development of national and regional industries.Recognizing the connotation and significance of organized scientific research in colleges and universities with industry characteristics in the new era,analyzing and summarizing the outstanding issues.In light of the precise demand alignment,establishment of a scientific research team,enhancement of sci-tech evaluation system,and implementation of multiple scientific research organizational modes,this paper proposes effective strategies and recommendations for conducting organized scientific research.This is highly significant in advancing the high-quality and comprehensive development of sci-tech work in universities with industrial characteristics while contributing to the construction of technological powers.
