摘要
高等院校是我国战略科技力量的重要组成部分,是基础研究主力军和重大科技突破策源地,提升高校科技成果转化能力是新形势下加速科技创新、提升科技实力的必然要求.文章通过分析安徽省高校科技成果转化机构的运行现状及存在的问题,进而在此基础上有针对性地提出对策和建议,以期进一步完善安徽省的科技成果转移转化体系,并为促进科技创新和推动经济社会发展提供有益参考.
Abstract
Colleges and universities are an important part of China's strategic sci-tech strength,the main force of basic research and the source of major sci-tech breakthroughs.Improving the transformation ability of sci-tech achievements of universities is an inevitable requirement to accelerate sci-tech innovation and enhance sci-tech strength under the new situation.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of sci-tech achievements transformation institutions in Anhui province,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in order to further improve the transfer and transformation system of sci-tech achievements in Anhui Province,and provide useful references for promoting sci-tech innovation and promoting economic and social development.
