In order to better protect the applicant's invention and creation achievements from patent rights,this paper improves the authorization rate of invention patents from three aspects:novelty search,text writing,and review response.Firstly,predicting the licensing prospects of patents through novelty search and retrieval;secondly,ensuring that the technical solution of the patent can be realized through text writing;thirdly,the non-obvious improvement points of the patent were determined through the review response.This paper analyzes the above three aspects separately,providing certain technical insights for applicants when applying for patents.
