摘要
风力发电作为一种新兴发展的新能源,已经得到了广泛运用,但在实际建设与管理中依然存在一些风险.本文针对建设与管理风力发电厂中存在的各种风险进行了分析,并提出了针对性的政策建议,可为有效预防和控制相关风险提供参考.
Abstract
As an emerging development of new energy,wind power has been widely used,but there are still some risks in the actual construction and management.This paper analyses the various risks existing in wind power projects and puts forward targeted policy recommendations,which can provide reference for effective prevention and control of wind power project risks.
