Construction and Practice Research of Performance Evaluation Model for Innovation Teams of Vocational College Teachers
This paper analyzes the necessity of the performance evaluation system for the teaching innovation team of vocational college teachers,deeply analyzes the three typical problems currently existing in the system construction,proposes an overall approach to solve the problems,and benchmarking against the five construction tasks of the National Vocational College Teacher Teaching Innovation Team Construction Plan.It proposes five evaluation dimensions and 23 quality control points for the teaching innovation team of teachers,including"team teacher teaching reform ability,collaborative community cooperation mechanism,curriculum system integration with professional standards,modular teaching mode,and distinctive achievements".Construct an evaluation model using the 360 degree performance evaluation method,develop a comprehensive assessment form for the teaching innovation team of teachers,and evaluate the teaching innovation team of new energy vehicle technology teachers as the evaluation object.The research results provide a reference basis for vocational colleges to scientifically and reasonably carry out the evaluation of teacher teaching innovation teams,improve the validity and reliability of the evaluation.
