摘要
本文以某建设工程为例,通过BIM技术构建建设项目工程BIM,并通过该模型分析建设项目工程造价全过程控制的各个阶段情况后,充分考虑项目标价、经济利润、施工管理体系等影响因素对控制结果的影响,实现工程造价全过程控制.分析结果显示:该方法可显著降低建设项目工程全施工过程中的造价支出,实现投资效益最大化,提高施工效率.
Abstract
Taking a construction project as an example,this paper constructs BIM three-dimensional model of construction project engineering through BIM technology,and analyzes each stage of the whole process control of construction project cost through the model,and fully considers the influence of project price,economic profit,construction management system and other factors on the control results,so as to realize the whole process control of project cost.The analysis results show that this method can significantly reduce the cost expenditure in the whole construction process and maximize the investment benefit,and improve the efficiency of construction.
