The key technology for the installation and construction of multi curved and multi-stacked ultra-long aluminum plates is guided by BIM modeling and the use of straight instead of curved layout technology to accurately lay out and cut materials.Compared to traditional processes,BIM is visually intuitive and accurate,with the advantages of controllable errors,accurate cutting,and high installation accuracy.The super large aluminum plate adopts measures such as strengthening the back ridge and fading the scattered color difference of the aluminum plate,ensuring the accuracy and flatness of each aluminum plate itself,effectively avoiding the shortcomings of the variability and poor flatness of the super large aluminum plate in traditional processes.At the same time,the multi angle light reflection color difference of the aluminum plate is processed in advance,achieving advanced control of deformation control quality and appearance quality.The use of aluminum plate double opening cross circulation construction technology eliminates the deformation impact of aluminum plate caused by electric drill vibration during the construction process,ensures the flatness and straightness of aluminum plate installation on a large surface,and optimizes construction organization.Flow construction can be formed in the same area,accelerating the construction progress by twice.
