辽宁省城市科技创新能力分析与评价

摘要
本文从创新基础环境、知识创新能力、技术创新能力 3 个维度选取 12 个指标构建了城市科技创新能力评价指标体系,并运用SPSS软件对辽宁省 14 个地级市的科技创新能力进行因子分析和聚类分析.实证分析表明,沈阳和大连的科技创新能力较强,其他城市的科技创新能力较弱,并提出了提升辽宁省城市科技创新能力的对策和建议.
Abstract
This paper selects 12 indexes from 3 dimensions of innovation basic environment,knowledge innovation ability and technology innovation ability to construct an evaluation index system of urban sci-tech innovation capability,and uses SPSS software to conduct factor analysis and cluster analysis of sci-tech innovation capability of 14 cities in Liaoning Province.The empirical analysis shows that Shenyang and Dalian have strong sci-tech innovation capability,while other cities have weak sci-tech innovation capability,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the sci-tech innovation capability of Liaoning Province.
