数字经济背景下中国省域创新创业环境评价研究

摘要
本文基于PSR模型,结合数字经济的技术特征、产业发展状况,构建了我国省域创新创业环境评价体系.选取我国内地 31 个省区市 2020 年实证数据进行探索性因子分析和灰色关联度分析,对省域创新创业环境进行综合评价.研究结果显示:广东省、江苏省、山东省创新创业环境综合得分较高,这些区域具有明显优势;数字经济规模对区域创新创业环境影响显著,众创空间个数、规模以上工业企业R&D经费投入、国内专利申请授权数量等代表科技创新类的指标也对区域创新创业环境亦有较强影响力.该研究深化了数字经济背景下区域创新创业环境的评价体系,推动了数字经济赋能区域创新创业环境的理解.
Abstract
Based on the PSR model,combined with the technical characteristics and industrial development status of the digital economy,this paper constructs an evaluation system for China's provincial innovation and entrepreneurship environment.The empirical data of 31 provinces and cities in Mainland China in 2020 are selected for exploratory factor analysis and gray correlation analysis,and a comprehensive evaluation of the provincial innovation and entrepreneurship environment is carried out.The research results show that Guangdong Province,Jiangsu Province,and Shandong Province have higher comprehensive scores of innovation and entrepreneurship environment,and these regions have obvious advantages.The scale of the digital economy has a significant impact on the regional innovation and entrepreneurship environment.The numbers of maker spaces,the R&D investment of industrial enterprises above designated size,and the number of domestic patent applications and authorizations,which represent indicators of technological innovation,also have a strong influence on the regional innovation and entrepreneurship environment.
