Measurement and Spatio-temporal Pattern Analysis of Tourism Development Level in Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2020
This paper points out that under the background of the"14th Five-Year Plan"for tourism development,it is of great significance to study the tourism development level of Jiangsu province.This paper takes Jiangsu province as the research object,which constructs an evaluation index system for the tourism development level of Jiangsu province,and calculates the tourism development level of Jiangsu province from 2010 to 2020 by using the entropy weighting method and the coefficient of variation weighting method.The spatial and temporal patterns are simulated by using ArcGIS.The study shows that the comprehensive,economic,population,and infrastructure development levels of tourism in Jiangsu province from 2010 to 2020 have appeared a trend of fluctuation in temporal pattern,among them,the comprehensive,economic,and population development levels of tourism in Jiangsu province show a"rise-fall-rise-fall"change pattern,while the infrastructure development level of tourism in Jiangsu province shows a"rise-fall"change pattern;in spatial pattern,the comprehensive,economic,population,and infrastructure development levels of tourism in Jiangsu province are distributed in a"higher in the south and lower in the north"pattern,the comprehensive,economic,population,and infrastructure development levels of tourism in the southern region of Jiangsu province are higher than those in the northern region of Jiangsu province and central region of Jiangsu province,and the development levels of tourism in Nanjing City and Suzhou City are higher than those in other prefecture-level cities.
