摘要
通过分析传统以旅行社为核心的供应链模式与以景区为核心的供应链模式优缺点,对现有以景区为核心的供应链模式提出改进措施,建立新的供应链模式.对在蜈支洲岛建立以景区为主体的旅游供应链模式进行分析,就其存在基础设施老化、娱乐项目单一、当地宣传力度不够、绿色开发监管不到位、景区管理人才匮乏等问题,在传统以景区为主体的旅游供应链模式中引入绿色可持续发展等供应链思想,提出建立以游客需求为导向的景区管理中心、建立蜈支洲岛宣传服务供应保障体系、通过规模效应实现稳定供应、引入资源循环利用供应链、建立多方人才培养供应链等,使其能够更好地协调各供应链,提升景区的核心竞争力,加强与供应链节点前后的联系,实现旅游资源的可持续发展.
Abstract
By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional supply chain mode with travel agencies as the core and the supply chain mode with scenic areas as the core,improvement measures are proposed for the existing supply chain mode with scenic areas as the core,and a new supply chain mode is established.An analysis is conducted on the establishment of a tourism supply chain mode with scenic areas as the main body on Wuzhizhou Island.In response to issues such as aging infrastructure,single entertainment items,insufficient local publicity,inadequate green development supervision,and a shortage of talents in scenic area management,green sustainable development and other supply chain concepts are introduced into the traditional tourism supply chain mode with scenic areas as the main body.It is proposed to establish a tourist demand-oriented scenic area management center,establish a Wuzhizhou Island publicity service supply guarantee system,achieve stable supply through economies of scale,introduce a resource recycling supply chain,and establish a multi-party talent cultivation supply chain,so as to better coordinate various supply chains,enhance the core competitiveness of scenic areas,strengthen the connection with supply chain nodes before and after,and achieve sustainable development of tourism resources.
