摘要
为了解决我国村庄规划存在规划与实施脱节、内容不实、多规融合度不高等问题,文章以国土空间规划体系为基础,以"多规合一"实用性村庄规划为导向,梳理当前我国村庄规划存在的问题,分析其产生原因,并从编制内容、技术方法和管控措施等方面提出"多规合一"实用性村庄规划的编制策略.以期通过合理的编制策略能够提升村庄规划的实用性和可操作性,为我国乡村振兴提供重要保障.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems such as disconnection between planning and implementation,unreal content and low integration degree of multiple compliance.Based on the territorial space planning system and guided by the"multiple compliance in one"practical village planning,this paper sorts out the existing problems in Chinese village planning,analyzes the causes,and puts forward the compilation strategy of"multiple compliance in one"practical village planning from the aspects of compilation content,technical methods and control measures.In the hope of improving the practicability and operability of village planning through rational formulation strategy,it will provide important guarantee for our country's rural revitalization.
