电动汽车私桩共享可持续发展对策思考——以常州市为例

摘要
为了实现"碳达峰、碳中和"的目标,大力发展电动汽车产业是可行的措施之一,随之产生了电动汽车充电桩不足、充电难的问题.通过分析私桩共享的可实施条件,从私桩提供者、租赁者、小区物业等相关利益方的角度阐述私桩共享目前面临的问题和痛点,最后提出了促进和推动私桩共享可持续发展的 7条对策和建议.
Abstract
In order to achieve the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",it is one of the feasible measures to vigorously develop the electric vehicle industry,and the problem of insufficient charging piles and difficult charging of electric vehicles has arisen.By analyzing the implementation conditions of private charging pile sharing,the current problems and pain points of private charging pile sharing are explained from the perspective of private charging pile providers,tenants,residential properties and other stakeholders,and finally put forward 7 countermeasures and suggestions to promote and impel the sustainable development of private charging pile sharing.
