Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Construction Projects
Aiming at the problems of insufficient quantitative analysis of site layout,cumbersome progress calibration work,and weak dynamic control of construction process in traditional construction projects,the research and application of BIM technology in the project are carried out.Relying on a teaching building project in Qinzhou City,BIM technology is applied in the design stage to optimize the design scheme,and the application value of BIM is explored in depth based on the 3D visualization scene and data results.This paper promotes the progress and cost management of BIM technology in the design stage,and explores a set of effective technical routes and solutions for BIM design application,which can provide practical reference for the application and promotion of BIM technology in similar projects.
