摘要

为保障大型工程项目建设的安全性,本文研究了大型工程项目风险管理与应对策略.为此,本文以风险管理流程体系为核心构建大型工程项目风险管理体系架构,分析大型工程项目开展过程中存在的各种风险因素;以风险因素分析结果为大型工程项目风险评价指标,采用模糊层次分析法对大型工程项目风险进行评价;基于风险评价结果,从优化全面风险管理环境和强化全方位的全面风险管理理念两方面提出风险应对策略,结合风险监控形成一个全面、动态、完善、循环的风险管理流程.实验结果显示:通过该研究能够显著降低大型工程项目风险,保障大型工程项目建设安全性.

Abstract

In order to guarantee the safety of large-scale engineering project construction,this paper has studied the risk management and countermeasures of large-scale engineering projects.Therefore,this paper takes risk management process system as the core to build the risk management system framework of large-scale engineering projects,and analyzes various risk factors existing in the process of large-scale engineering projects.The risk factor analysis results are used as the risk evaluation index of large-scale engineering projects,and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the risk of large-scale engineering projects.Based on the results of risk evaluation,risk response strategies are proposed from the two aspects of optimizing the comprehensive risk management environment and strengthening the all-round comprehensive risk management concept,and a comprehensive,dynamic,perfect and circular risk management process is formed by combining risk monitoring.The experimental results show that this research can significantly reduce the risk of large-scale engineering projects and ensure the safety of large-scale engineering projects.
