Research on the Transformation of Traditional Rural Human Resource Management in the Digital Era
This paper points out that today's Chinese society is fully entering the digital era driven by digital information technology,bringing new technologies that are constantly penetrating into various aspects of production and life,and reshaping the pattern of human resource management on a global scale.As a major agricultural country,China's modernization of agriculture and rural areas is an important component of China's modernization.Therefore,the digital transformation of rural human resource management is imperative.On the basis of reading a large number of literature,this paper analyzes the historical background of the transformation of rural human resource management under the flourishing development of digital technology and digital economy,reveals the obstacles of traditional rural human resource management in the digital era,and proposes corresponding reform measures,in order to provide certain ideas and theoretical basis for the transformation and upgrading of digital management for governments at all levels,grassroots organizations,and rural enterprises.
