Study on the Effect of Steel Fiber and Hybrid Fiber on the Mechanical Properties of UHPC and Economic Cost Analysis
In this paper,the effect of steel fiber and hybrid fiber mixed in UHPC on its mechanical properties is studied,and the test showed that UHPC is mixed with steel fiber,polyvinyl alcohol fiber(PVA)and polypropylene fiber(PP)with respectively 0.5%volume parameters on the basis of UHPC mixed with steel fiber with 1.5%volume parameters,and its compressive strength changed little,and its flexural strength increased sequentially,and the tensile strength of UHPC mixed with polyvinyl alcohol fiber is the largest.The fiber content of the same volume fraction,due to the small density of organic fiber,so its quality is correspondingly reduced,and the cost is also correspondingly reduced.
