摘要
以配电室内运检机器人对高压开关柜的运维巡查、维修处置为基础动作模型,开发了适配机器人的断路器检修平台,分析了检修平台对断路器的运检作业流程,建立了拟人动作仿生分解模型,对组成平台的承载模块、三维微调模块、推拉模块和机械手模块的工作特征进行了技术要素分析和功能结构设计.
Abstract
Based on the action model of the operation,maintenance,inspection,and disposal of high-voltage switchgear by the operation-and-inspection robot in the distribution room,a circuit breaker maintenance platform adapted to the robot is developed.The operation process of the maintenance platform for circuit breakers is analyzed,and a humanoid action biomimetic decomposition model is established.The working characteristics of the load-bearing module,three-dimensional fine adjustment module,and push-pull module and the robotic arm module are analyzed for technical elements and designed for functional structure.
