太阳能驱动的垃圾分类回收四足机器人

我国是垃圾产生大国,人们的垃圾分类意识淡薄,随意丢弃的垃圾分布范围广且有些垃圾不便于人工捡取.然而现有的垃圾分类回收装置存在外形笨重,续航能力差,耗能高,识别准确率低,速度慢,与回收环节难以高效对接等缺点.为此,设计了一款太阳能驱动的垃圾分类回收四足机器人,它的核心部分包括动力系统、运动系统、垃圾捡取机构、垃圾分类回收装置、倾倒装置、控制系统.其中太阳能发电装置将太阳能转化为电能驱动四足机器人工作,视觉检测装置检测并识别垃圾,垃圾捡取装置捡取垃圾并放入垃圾分类存储装置中,实现垃圾的智能分类回收.相比于现行的垃圾分类回收装置,该产品体积小,灵活度高,制造成本低,在提高日常垃圾回收效率的同时节约了时间和人力,拥有较高的推广价值.
Solar Powered Garbage Sorting and Recycling Quadruped Robot
China is a major producer of garbage,and people's awareness of garbage classification is weak.The distribution of randomly discarded garbage is wide,and some garbage is not easy to manually pick up.The existing waste classification and recovery device has the disadvantages of bulky appearance,poor endurance,high energy consumption,low recognition accuracy,slow speed,and difficult to effectively connect with the recovery link,while the waste classification that is completed manually also has the problems of low efficiency and inaccuracy.To this end,this project has designed a solar-powered quadruped garbage sorting and recycling robot.The core part of the garbage sorting and recycling quadruped robot includes solar power generation device,visual detection device,garbage picking device,and sorting storage device.The solar power generation device converts solar energy into electric energy to drive the work,the visual detection device detects and identifies the garbage,and the garbage pickup device picks up the garbage and puts it into the garbage classification storage device to realize the intelligent classification and recycling of garbage.Compared with the current garbage classification and recovery device,this product has small size,high flexibility and low manufacturing cost,which saves time and manpower while improving the daily garbage recovery efficiency,and has high promotion value.
