摘要
本文立足我国电子信息产业蓬勃发展现状,分析了当前我国半导体、新型显示等产业领域高端电子专用设备国产化不足,关键装备领域受国外制约的产业链短板,提出了电子专用设备企业科技创新体系建设的核心要素及策略.
Abstract
Based on the booming development of China's electronic information industry,this paper analyzes the insufficient localization of high-end electronic specialized equipment in industries such as semiconductors and new displays,as well as the industry chain shortcomings in key equipment fields constrained by foreign countries.The core elements and strategies for the construction of sci-tech innovation system for electronic specialized equipment enterprises are proposed.
