对翻车机系统迁车台空车撞空车事故的防范对策

摘要
针对大连重工集团生产的"C"型转子式翻车机系统迁车台发生的多起翻车机本体空车与迁车台内的空车相撞事故,结合现场故障情况,分析了电气故障规律,并提出了防范对策.通过对空车车皮检测光电开关的改造换型、空车四计轴开关的PLC程序的修改完善,有效地消除了严重影响翻车机安全的重大隐患,在运行中取得了良好的效果,保证了翻车机安全稳定的运行.
Abstract
There have been multiple collisions between the empty car of the"C"type rotor-type car dumper system(produced by Dalian Heavy Industry Group)and the empty car inside the relocation platform.Based on the on-site fault situation,this paper analyzes the rules of electrical faults and proposes preventive measures.Through the transformation and modification of the car cover detection photoelectric switch for empty car,as well as the modification and improvement of the PLC program of the four axle counting switch for empty car,significant hidden dangers that seriously affect the safety of the car dumper have been effectively eliminated,and good results have been achieved in operation,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the car dumper.
