新时期档案工作数字化转型的思考与建议

摘要
结合档案工作数字化转型内涵和新时期我国档案事业发展形势,分析档案工作数字化转型意义,指出部分单位在观念、制度、人才、安全保障等方面还存在短板和不足.在学习借鉴先进经验基础上,提出各单位应将档案工作放在发展大局中进行思考谋划,坚持改革创新精神和系统观念,与时俱进创新工作理念,完善管理体系,提升专业能力,进而推动档案工作真正实现数字化转型.
Abstract
Based on the connotation of digital transformation of archival work and the development situation of archival undertaking in China in the new era,this paper analyzes the significance of digital transformation of archival work and points out that some units still have shortcomings and deficiencies in concepts,systems,talents,and security guarantees.On the basis of learning and drawing on advanced experience,it is proposed that each unit should consider and plan archival work in the overall development situation,adhere to the spirit of reform and innovation and systematic concepts,keep up with the times and innovate work concepts,improve management systems,enhance professional abilities,so as to promote the archives work to truly achieve digital transformation.
