摘要
本文基于某装备参与实物比测竞争择优的实践过程,对实物比测组织实施流程进行了总结.在介绍装备实物比测项目背景的基础上,详细分析了实物比测全周期流程的工作与实践,根据装备实物比测项目的实践效果,指出了产品竞争性采购的5 个方面工作着力点,并提出了后续改进思路.
Abstract
Based on the practical process of a certain equipment participating in the competition and selection of physical comparative testing,this paper summarizes the implementation process of physical comparative testing organization.On the basis of introducing the background of the equipment physical comparative testing project,a detailed analysis is conducted on the work and practice of the entire cycle of physical comparative testing.Based on the practical effects of the equipment physical comparative testing project,five aspects of competitive procurement for products are pointed out,and subsequent improvement ideas are proposed.
