Study on the Effect of Modified Radix Bupleuri Decoction on the Prognosis of 50 Cases of Severe Pancreatitis in Clinical Outcome Practice
This paper mainly conducts a comparative study on the clinical outcomes of modified radix bupleuri decoction combined with Western medicine treatment for severe pancreatitis and simple Western medicine treatment.Fifty cases of severe pancreatitis are selected from Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 1,2023 to March 1,2024.They are randomly divided into a control group(25 cases)and a treatment group(25 cases),receiving modified radix bupleuri decoction and pure Western medicine treatment, respectively.A comparative study is conducted to compare the outcomes of severe pancreatitis. The results show that the treatment group has shorter clinical symptom relief(abdominal CT exudate absorption, first defecation, abdominal pain relief, hospitalization time, etc.)and laboratory indicators(blood and urine amylase, white blood cell count,C-reactive protein,PCT,blood calcium)recovery time than the control group. In addition, the treatment group has higher effective and significant rates than the control group, and the difference is statistically significant(statistical probability P<0.05).Therefore,modified radix bupleuri decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on the treatment of severe pancreatitis.
