我国各省区市氢能产业政策情况分析及对陕西的启示

摘要
本文指出氢能作为一种来源丰富、绿色低碳、应用广泛的二次能源,在全球能源转型、实现"双碳"目标过程中,承担着不可替代的重要角色.本文通过对全国各省区市氢能产业政策的分析,从政策高频词汇、政策发文机构及政策地域分布详细分析了我国氢能产业政策的特点,并通过对陕西省氢能产业发展的优势条件分析对陕西省氢能产业的发展提出了针对性建议,为后续陕西省氢能产业的发展提供参考.
Abstract
This paper points out that as a kind of secondary energy with abundant sources,green and low carbon,and widespread use,hydrogen energy plays an irreplaceable role in the process of global energy transformation and realizing the goal of"dual carbon".Based on the analysis of hydrogen energy industry policies in various provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities across the country,this paper analyzes the characteristics of China's hydrogen energy industry policies in detail from the policy high-frequency vocabulary,policy issuing institutions and policy geographical distribution,and puts forward targeted suggestions for the development of Shaanxi's hydrogen energy industry through the analysis of the advantageous conditions for the development of Shaanxi's hydrogen energy industry,providing reference for the subsequent development of Shaanxi's hydrogen energy industry.
