摘要
随着经济社会的发展,我国城镇化水平正逐渐提高,城市建设由大规模增量转变为存量提质改造,"城市更新"逐步提上了国家战略层面.人民对生活品质要求的逐步提高,老城区微更新项目也日益增多.如何改善老城区的"旧"问题是目前设计师遇到的共同难题,本文以戴庄路更新实践经验为例,阐述如何将景观与传统市政各专业融合,实现街区"以车为本"向"以人为本"的转变.
Abstract
With the continuous development of economy and society,the level of urbanization in China has gradually improved,and urban construction has changed from large-scale increment to stock upgrading and reconstruction,and"urban renewal"has gradually been put on the national strategic level.With the gradual improvement of people's requirements for quality of life,there are more and more micro-renewal projects in the old city.How to improve the"old"problem of the old city is a common problem for designers at present.Taking the practical experience of Daizhuang Road renewal as an example,this paper expounds how to integrate landscape with traditional municipal specialties and realize the transformation from"car-oriented"to"people-oriented"in the block.
