摘要
为了使城市轨道交通工程成本管理到位,从而避免国有资本流失,本文以具体的案例为研究对象,在系统阐述了其不同主体与工作职责后,分析了管理过程中存在的主要问题,并给出了优化建议,希望能够为后续的相关管理工作效能提升提供必要参考.
Abstract
In order to put the urban rail transit engineering cost management in place,so as to avoid the lost of state-owned capital,this paper takes specific cases as the research object,analyzes the main problems in the management process after systematically expounding their different subjects and job responsibilities,and provides optimization suggestions,so as to provide necessary reference for improving the efficiency of related management work in the future.
