摘要
项目结算管理的核心目的是实现规范化的项目成本管控,并为企业降低成本做出贡献.基于此,结算管理的具体工作内容与优化方向应该对成本因素进行考量.本文以成本因素为基本视角,在探讨了管理结算成本因素的影响与原则的基础上,系统总结了管理的具体措施,并结合工作实际案例就其管理升级的方向提出了建议,旨在能够为后续的项目结算管理工作提供遵循的原则.
Abstract
The core purpose of project settlement management is to achieve standardized project cost control and contribute to reducing costs for enterprises.Based on this,the specific work content and optimization direction of settlement management should consider cost factors.This paper takes the cost factor as the basic perspective,and based on exploring the impact and principles of managing settlement cost factors,systematically summarizes the specific measures of management,and proposes suggestions for the direction of management upgrade based on practical work cases,aiming to provide guidance for subsequent project settlement management work.
