摘要

知识经济时代组织创新成为企业保持竞争优势的重要动力来源.人力资源尤其是那些具有良好创新思维与创新能力的员工,更是促进组织创新和持续稳定发展的动力源泉.作为对传统人力资源管理的全面系统优化,近年来柔性人力资源管理得到广泛关注.本文论述了柔性人力资源管理影响员工创新行为的路径,分析了传统人力资源管理抑制创新行为的原因,并提出了加强柔性人力资源管理推动员工创新行为的对策建议.

Abstract

In the era of knowledge economy,organizational innovation has become an important driving force for enterprises to maintain competitive advantages.Human resources,especially those employees with good innovative thinking and ability,are a driving force for promoting organizational innovation and sustainable and stable development.As a comprehensive systematic optimization of traditional human resource management,flexible human resource management has received widespread attention in recent years.This paper discusses the path through which flexible human resource management affects employee innovation behavior,analyzes the reasons why traditional human resource management suppresses innovation behavior,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen flexible human resource management and promote employee innovation behavior.
