山西省财政科技投入现状及问题对策分析

摘要
本文指出地方财政科技投入对保障地方科技计划实施、支持地方经济和社会发展起着重要的引导和调节作用.本文从全省近五年的财政科技投入现状着手,分析了财政投入在支持科技创新方面存在的问题,为充分发挥财政科技投入的引导、示范、放大作用,建立和完善财政科技投入体系,提出了财政科技投入引导科技创新实现跃升的对策建议.
Abstract
This paper points out that local financial investment in science and technology plays an important guiding and regulatory role in ensuring the implementation of local science and technology plans,supporting local economic and social development.This paper starts with the current situation of financial investment in science and technology in the province in recent 5 years,analyzes the problems that exist in supporting technological innovation with financial investment,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to fully leverage the guiding,demonstrative,and amplifying role of financial investment in science and technology,in order to guide sci-tech innovation to achieve leaps.
