介绍了发展第三代半导体产业链的必要性,国内外第三代半导体产业链的发展现状,分析了山西省第三代半导体产业链发展的现状,提出山西省第三代半导体产业链发展的对策建议.
Abstract
This paper introduces the necessity of developing the third generation semiconductor industry chain,the development status of the third generation semiconductor industry chain at home and abroad,analyzes the development status of the third generation semiconductor industry chain in Shanxi Province,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the third generation semiconductor industry chain in Shanxi Province.
