Analysis and Strategy Suggestions on the Digital Transformation Route of Zhengzhou's Manufacturing Industry Based on SWOT-PEST Model
In response to the internal and external advantages and disadvantages of the digital transformation of the Zhengzhou's manufacturing industry,the SWOT-PEST model is used to systematically analyze political,economic,social,and technological factors.Through research,it has been found that the advantages of digital transformation and development in Zhengzhou's manufacturing industry lie in favorable policies,local support,high consumption demand,and abundant human resources;the disadvantages lie in incomplete industry standards,low development level of urban digital economy,and severe loss of high-end and cutting-edge talents.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes suggestions on the route for the digital transformation of Zhengzhou's manufacturing industry,in order to provide ideas for the development of urban industries.
