本文设计了一种分体提升型附着式脚手架,包括固定在建筑外墙体的整体框架和爬升组件;通过爬升组件上的电葫芦对整体框架进行整体提升,另外电葫芦在轨道上可以纵向移动,电葫芦的挂钩与独立框架下端连接,从而实现整体框架和独立框架的提升.通过这种方式最大化利用电葫芦的同时,保证提升整体框架的稳定性,避免独立框架在提升过程中晃动.
Design and Construction Technology of Split Lift Type Attached Scaffold During Construction
This paper designs a split lift type attached scaffold,which includes an integral frame fixed to the exterior wall of the building and a climbing component;the overall framework is lifted by the electric hoist on the climbing component;in addition,the electric hoist can move longitudinally on the track,and the hook of the electric hoist is connected to the lower end of the independent frame,thereby achieving the overall and independent frame lifting.By maximizing the use of the electric hoist in this way,it ensures the stability of the overall framework and avoids the shaking of the independent frame during the lifting process.
