某电厂输煤系统沉煤池自动化清理方案整体设计与研究

通过对某公司的输煤系统调查发现,其输煤系统的沉煤池需每天冲洗,输煤栈桥经水冲洗后,水中携带煤泥通过地沟流入排污沉淀池,排污沉淀池为二级结构,其中分为一级沉煤池和二级排污泵池.煤泥水先是进入一级沉煤池沉淀,上清液进入二级排污泵池通过立式排污泵排走.针对沉淀排污泵最下部搅拌叶轮小、泵吸难、人工辅助清理效率低、成本高,以及二级排污泵池煤泥沉淀清理不彻底的问题,设计一套输煤系统沉煤池自动化清理方案,实现输煤系统排污沉淀池煤泥机械自动化清理.方案设计切实可行,对电力生产起到提质增效的作用.
Overall Design and Research of Automatic Cleaning Scheme of Coal Sinking Pond of Coal Transmission System of a Power Plant
Through the investigation of the coal transmission system of a company,it is found that the coal sinking pond of the coal transmission system needs to be washed every day,and after the coal trestle is washed by water,the coal slime carried in the water flows into the sewage sedimentation pond through the trench,and the sewage sedimentation pond is a secondary structure,which is divided into a primary coal sinking pond and a secondary sewage pump pond.The slime water first enters the primary coal sinking pond to settle,and the supernatant enters the secondary sewage pump pond and is discharged through the vertical sewage pump.Aiming at the problems of small mixing impeller at the bottom of the sedimentation sewage pump,difficult pumping,low efficiency and high cost of manual assisted cleaning,and incomplete sedimentation cleaning of the secondary sewage pump pond,an automatic cleaning scheme of coal sinking pond of coal transmission system is designed to realize the automatic cleaning of slime mechanical cleaning of sewage sedimentation pond of coal transmission system.The scheme design is practical and effective,which plays a role in improving the quality and efficiency of power production.
