摘要

轨道交通机车车辆关键部件检修检测是关乎铁路运行安全工作的重要因素之一,长期以来,检修与检测自动化技术的环境是以国外计算机操作系统和硬件设备为基础,从底层硬件到上层系统应用都面临安全、供应等风险.为此,研究基于国产操作系统和国产化硬件环境的自动化检修检测系统对行业应用的自主可控具有重要意义.本文提出了基于信创环境的轨道交通关键部件检测系统的设计思想及实现方法,为信创产业在轨道交通检修检测行业技术的国产化发展提供技术支撑.

Abstract

The maintenance and inspection of key components of rail transit locomotives and vehicles is one of the important factors related to railway operation safety.For a long time,the basic environment of maintenance and inspection automation technology has been based on foreign computer operating systems and hardware equipments,and there are risks such as safety and supply from the underlying hardware to the upper level system applications.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the autonomous and controllable application of automatic maintenance and inspection systems based on domestic operating systems and domestic hardware environments in the industry.This paper proposes the design concept and implementation method of a key component inspection system for rail transit locomotives and vehicles based on the information innovation environment,providing technical support for the localization development of information innovation industry technology in the rail transit maintenance and inspection industry.
