摘要
本文介绍了山西省科技创新券实施情况,分析了科技创新劵政策运行过程中存在的问题,针对性地提出了优化科技创新券政策的对策建议,以促进科技创新券的高质量运行,服务中小微企业科技创新.
Abstract
By analyzing the features and shortage of the sci-tech innovation vouchers of Shanxi Province,this paper discusses targeted countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the sci-tech innovation voucher policy,such as,expanding policy publicity of sci-tech innovation voucher,enhancing social awareness;improving management service function of sci-tech innovation voucher system;continuing to expand the support scope and service channel;exploring the new innovation voucher management mode;establishing innovation voucher interregional cooperation mechanism,to promote high-quality operation of sci-tech innovation voucher,and to serve sci-tech innovation of micro,small and medium enterprises.
