摘要

本文探讨了智能制造在电力设备领域的应用,特别是自动化和信息技术如何提高生产效率、降低成本、增强产品质量与生产稳定性,及缩短产品生产周期.通过案例分析了干燥罐与冷却塔项目的技术升级,突出了智能制造技术如工业互联网、机器人技术、人工智能和物联网在实际应用中的积极效果.

Abstract

This paper explores the application of intelligent manufacturing in the field of power equipment,especially how automation and information technology can improve production efficiency,reduce costs,enhance product quality and stability,and shorten product production cycles.Through case studies,the technical upgrading of drying tank and cooling tower projects is analyzed,highlighting the positive effects of intelligent manufacturing technologies such as industrial Internet,robotics,artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things in practical applications.
