摘要
本研究以衡阳市南岳机场为例,通过分析临空经济对区域创新水平的影响,利用衡阳南岳机场航空工作量和科技创新相关数据,得出临空经济通过改善城市地理区位、吸引高新技术产业聚集、增加科技创新研发产出、汇聚创新人才和资金等路径促进区域创新水平提升;衡阳市临空经济能够有效推动当地科技创新发展等结论.进而提出合理筹划临空经济区产业布局、加强基础设施投资建设、建立临空经济区企业筛选制度、加大科研人才引进力度等建议.
Abstract
This study takes Nanyue Airport of Hengyang City as an example,through analyzing the impact of airport economy on regional innovation level,and using relevant data of aviation workload and sci-tech innovation of Hengyang Nanyue Airport,it is concluded that airport economy can promote regional innovation level by the pathes of improving urban geographical location,attracting high-tech industries to gather,increasing the output of sci-tech innovation research and development,bringing together innovative talents and fund;Hengyang City airport economy can effectively promote the development of local sci-tech innovation and other conclusions.Then,it puts forward some policy suggestions such as rationally planning the industrial layout of the airport economic zone,strengthening the investment and construction of infrastructure,establishing the screening system of enterprises in the airport economic zone,and strengthening the introduction of scientific research talents.
