基于AHP的高职院校学生综合素质评价方法研究

摘要
为了更合理地对学生综合素质进行评价,为评优评先提供数据支撑,本文基于层次分析法(AHP)构建了综合评价模型.首先从德、智、体、美、劳 5 个方面构建指标体系;其次构建判断矩阵得出相对权重向量和组合权重;最后选择某高校信息工程学院一个宿舍的学生验证该方法的有效性.
Abstract
In order to evaluate the comprehensive quality of students more reasonably and provide data support for evaluation of excellence and priority,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Firstly,this paper constructs an indicator system from five aspects:morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor;secondly,this paper constructs a judgment matrix to obtain relative weight vectors and combined weights;finally,this paper selects students from a dormitory in the School of Information Engineering at a university to verify the effectiveness of the method.
