摘要
随着园林绿化工程项目数量的不断增加,采取科学的成本管控措施,实现对整体工程资源的优化配置和有效使用,保证施工企业获得良好的经济效益就越来越重要.但是,在施工过程中成本控制也存在诸多问题和难点,实际成本与目标成本之间出现较大偏差,导致项目无法达到预期效益,甚至出现亏损.因此,本文针对某园林绿化工程存在的成本偏差问题进行了分析,并给出了相应的成本管控措施,旨在为类似项目提供参考.
Abstract
This paper points out that with the continuous increase in the number of landscaping and greening engineering projects,it is increasingly important to adopt scientific cost control measures to realize optimized allocation and effective utilization of overall engineering resources,and ensure that construction enterprises obtain good economic benefits.However,there are also many problems and difficulties in cost control during the construction process.There is a significant deviation between the actual cost and the target cost,which leads to the inability of the project to achieve expected benefits and even losses.Therefore,this paper analyzes the cost deviation problem in a certain landscaping project and provides corresponding cost control measures,aiming to provide reference for similar projects.
