关于配置低浓度标准气体α、β—蒎烯的实验分析

由于α-蒎烯与β-蒎烯在中高端香料的中间体、医药中间体和日化香料原料等方面用途广泛,因此,本文对α、β-蒎烯标准气体的配置过程进行研究.在实验中使用稀释法完成对低浓度α、β-蒎烯混合气体的配置,使用常规气相色谱法对其含量稳定性进行分析,结果出现β-蒎烯持续减少、α-蒎烯持续升高的异常现象.另外,本文还设计使用了各种不同类型的瓶身、瓶阀开展研究,并采用注射法、稀释法两种方法进行α、β-蒎烯混合气体的配置,从而对实验中产生现象的原因进行了推导分析,为进一步研究提供了基础数据和参考.
Discussion on the Experiment of Configuration of Low-concentration Standard Gases α-Pinene and β-Pinene
Due to α-pinene and β-pinene is widely used as intermediates in mid to high end fragrances,pharmaceutical intermediates,and raw materials for daily chemical fragrances,therefore,this paper focuses on the configuration process of α-pinene and β-pinene standard gases.Dilution method is used in the experiment to complete the configuration of low-concentration α-pinene and β-pinene mixed gas,its content stability is analyzed using conventional gas chromatography,and abnormal phenomenon is found that the concentration of β-pinene is continuouly decreasing while the concentration of α-pinene is continuouly increasing.In addition,this paper also designes and uses various types of bottle bodies and valves for research,uses two methods of injection method and dilution method to complete the configuration of α-pinene and β-pinene mixed gasα-pinene and β-pinene,and derives and analyzes the reasons for the phenomenon in the experiment,so as to provide basic data and references.
