摘要
本文以轨道机车 102 型车钩缓存器为例,识别与分析了它在安装过程中易出现的问题,提出了轨道机车 102 型车钩缓存器安装工艺方案,该方案既能够满足 102 型车钩缓存器的安装尺寸要求,又能够快速完成 102 型车钩缓存器的安装与工艺装备拆卸,降低了返修成本,具有广泛的应用前景.
Abstract
Taking 102 type coupler cache of rail locomotive as an example,this paper identifies and analyzes the technical problems existing in the installation of it,puts forward a technical scheme for the installation of 102 type coupler caches of rail locomotive.The scheme can not only ensure the installation size of 102 type coupler caches,but also quickly complete the installation of 102 type coupler caches and the disassembly of the auxiliary equipment,reducing repair cost and holding a wide application prospect.
