路桥工程中沥青路面磨耗层设计与现场检测方法

本文针对沥青路面的磨耗层展开设计研究,并设置了现场检测方法.首先,根据当前的路桥工程对磨耗层性能的规定,从常规力学和动态力学两个角度,设置磨耗层性能指标;接着,选定马歇尔击实仪、磨耗试验机、车辆模拟加载设备,设计路桥工程中沥青路面磨耗层现场检测步骤,实现现场检测;最后,测试结果表明:该方法可有效提升磨耗层防滑性能、降低工程成本,具有较高的应用价值.
Design and Field Testing Method of Asphalt Pavement Wear Layer in Road and Bridge Engineering
In this paper,the wear layer of asphalt pavement is designed and studied,and the field testing method is set up.Firstly,according to the regulations of the current road and bridge engineering on the performance of the wear layer,the performance index of the wear layer is set from two angles of conventional mechanics and dynamic mechanics;then,the Marshall compacting instrument,wear testing machine and vehicle simulation loading equipment are selected to design the field testing steps of asphalt pavement wear layer in road and bridge engineering,to achieve field testing;finally,the test results show that the method can effectively improve the anti-skid performance of the wear layer,reduce the engineering cost,and has high application value.
