Automatic Conversion of Word Documents Using Excel Test Cases Based on VBA
This paper points out that software testers usually write test cases in Word and perform testing work.Due to the large number of test cases,Word documents become lengthy,and editing and modifying large-scale document systems make them run extremely slowly,often causing computer crashes and inconvenience to testing work.Excel,as a member of Office applications,is mainly used to process spreadsheets and can be called by other Office applications.Therefore,this paper proposes to write various test cases in Excel,modify and improve them,and convert them into configuration item test Word documents that comply with GJB5000A specifications through VBA programs.Editing and modifying test cases in Excel spreadsheets is intuitive and convenient,which can greatly improve work efficiency.
