Application of Ultrasonic Non-destructive Testing Technology for Concrete Structural Defects in Hydraulic Buildings
This paper explores the application of ultrasonic non-destructive testing technology in the detection of concrete structural defects in hydraulic buildings, selects 12 cracks from the water supply channel, pump station, gate bottom plate, and pipe protection road cross-ditch traffic bridge, and sets up testing areas near the cracks,to test whether ultrasonic non-destructive testing technology can successfully detect concrete structural defects. The results indicate that in ultrasonic testing of dynamic crack propagation,as the applied force increases, the crack depth of the concrete structure deepens, and the corresponding sound time value also increases. From this,it can be concluded that ultrasonic non-destructive testing technology can accurately detect defects in concrete structures, providing a basis for the maintenance of concrete structures.
