Analysis of the Ideas and Construction Elements of Building and Operating a Concept Verification Center Based on the"Jinchuang Valley"
The ability of sci-tech achievement transformation is an important reference indicator for evaluating the social contributions of universities and research institutes.This paper analyzes the role of the concept validation center,the development of concept validation centers at home and abroad,the transformation of sci-tech achievements in Shanxi Province,the construction of the"Jinchuang Valley"innovation-driven platform,and the feasibility of building a concept validation center based on"Jinchuang Valley".It proposes the ideas and construction elements of building and operating a concept validation center based on"Jinchuang Valley".The concept validation center,as a key link between sci-tech achievements of universities and research institutes and marketization,is of great significance in accelerating the transformation of university achievements and the development of sci-tech innovation in the province.
